Extreme Cold Weather supplies. Questions and answers from the RFI are below. See the attached for what is beign procured/needed for the mission.
1. Scope and Requirements: Is there a draft Statement of Work (SOW), a specific Bill of Materials, or an informal RFQ document we should base our pricing on? If not, we will base our quote directly on the capabilities outlined in our initial submission.
Please base the quote on the capabilities in the submission.
2. Are equivalent products acceptable, or are the listed brand/model items required?.
As long as products are OEM authorized we don’t see any issues.
3. Is the Government seeking responses from manufacturers only, authorized distributors/resellers, or capable supply vendors able to source the requested items?
I believe this answer is similar to the above. As long as we receive OEM authorized procducts.
4. For planning purposes, can you confirm required delivery location(s), and delivery timeframe?
