Southwest Regional Maintenance Center (SWRMC) Code 410A Procurement intends to negotiate and award a Firm Fixed Price, sole source purchase order to Echelon Front, LLC to provide the Extreme Ownership MUSTER Leadership Conference in support of Waterfront Operations Department (Code 300). The requirement will be processed in accordance with FAR Part 12 and FAR Part 13 under North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code 611430; business size standard is 15 million of dollars.


Echelon Front, LLC is the proprietary provider for the Extreme Ownership leadership training at the San Diego Muster conference.


This notice is neither a request nor a solicitation of offers. The Government does not commit to providing a response to any comments or questions. No basis for claim against the Government shall arise as a result of this announcement. However, all information received after the date of publication of this synopsis will be reviewed by the Government for future considerations. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether conducting a competitive procurement is in the best interest of the Government.
