The work includes replacing combination smoke / carbon monoxide (CO) detectors with standalone smoke detectors and standalone CO detectors for twenty (20) Living Units at William Head Institution, Correctional Service Canada located at 6000 William Head Rd, Metchosin BC, V9C 0B5. This is the first phase (Phase One) of a two-phase competition. The first phase will evaluate the qualifications of all bidders. The second phase, (Phase Two), will invite the qualified bidders to provide a financial bid on the project based on the specifications and drawings which will be accessible through SAP Ariba. Upon award of a contract in Phase Two, the pre-qualification list resulting from the first phase will expire and will not be used in any other solicitation. Following Phase Two solicitation closing, bid results will be recorded and may be obtained by e-mailing a request to the address indicated in the Invitation to Tender.
