This is a Sole Source Synopsis! The 45th Contracting Squadron, Patrick Air Force Base, Florida intends to award a sole source firm-fixed-price purchase order to OCLC, Inc., 6565 Kilgour Pl Dublin OH 43017-3315 under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b). The Defense Equal Opportunity Management Institute (DEOMI) requires continue access to EZproxy hosted service. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 541519; the size standard is $34M. This is not a Request for Proposal (RFP), Request for Quotation (RFQ) or an Invitation for Bid (IFB). The 45th Contracting Squadron has determined that OCLC, Inc. is the only source that is authorized to provide EZproxy Hosted Services. As a result, a competitive solicitation will not be issued; however, the Government will consider any responses received from responsible sources that are authorized to provide all EZproxy Hosted Services.
