The Data Transfer Module (DTM) II Program is investigating the possibility of entering into a Production and Sustainment contract for the Operations (OPS), Maintenance (Mx) DTM II Removable Memory Modules (DRMMs), and Interface Adapter Kits (IAKs) to support the F-15 E and EX aircraft. The Digital Aircraft Data Storage System (DADSS) Phase I effort resulted in a DTM II system design that can replace the existing F-15 DTM I and Digital Mapping System (DMS) devices. Both DRMMs will be utilized to transport data from ground stations to the aircraft and vice versa. The OPS DRMM is used to store mission-related information, which may be classified, between the Joint Mission Planning System (JMPS) and the aircraft. The Mx DRMM is used to store and transfer maintenance-related information between the Fully Automated Debrief Station (FADS) and the aircraft. UDPATED 25 MAR 2025 - Additional details have been added regarding the specific requirements of this effort, please see the attachment dated 25 MAR 2025

Government Personnel Training Program DevelopmentThe contract seeks the development and delivery of a technical training program tailored for government personnel tasked with operating MITR-DVR depot repair operations. The effort is classified as a subcontract under NAICS code 611430, which pertains to other schools and instruction, indicating that the primary deliverable is an instructional curriculum rather than equipment or logistical support. The training must equip personnel with the specialized knowledge and hands-on skills required to effectively carry out maintenance and repair functions within a depot environment, ensuring operational readiness and compliance with defense standards. The contract was posted on May 12, 2026, and is associated with the Department of Defense through the agency designation FA8634 Aflcmc Waqk F15. Although specific performance location details are not provided, the work is expected to support defense-related repair operations, likely at a military installation or designated depot facility. The absence of a solicitation number and set-aside information suggests this may be a non-competitive or internally sourced subcontract. The contractor will be responsible for designing curriculum, developing training materials, delivering instruction, and potentially evaluating competency outcomes to ensure proficiency across all required tasks associated with MITR-DVR system operations.
