F15 Ejection Selectors

The U.S. Department of Defense, through the FA8213 Aflcmc Ebhk office at Hill Air Force Base, Utah, has issued a pre-solicitation Sources Sought synopsis under solicitation number FA8213-26-R-3032 to identify potential sources capable of remanufacturing F-15 Ejection Sequence Mode Selectors. This market research effort targets the re-manufacturing of three specific NSNs—1377-00-349-3943ES, 1377-01-437-4075ES, and 1377-01-479-9295ES—each with associated part numbers 826213-01 and 6139100, and DODIC UY68. The work scope includes full-cycle engineering, manufacturing, remanufacturing, inspection, and testing of these critical egress components. Crucially, the U.S. Government does not own or have rights to the technical manufacturing data required for production, and respondents must possess independent access to all necessary data without relying on government-provided intellectual property. Second-source qualification efforts are unsupported due to lack of funding, and no reimbursement will be provided for costs incurred in responding to this synopsis. Responses must include a comprehensive company profile with employee count, office location, CAGE code, DUNS number, and claimed small business status under NAICS code 325920, including certifications for 8(a), Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned, HUBZone, and Women-Owned small businesses. Teaming arrangements must clearly delineate the prime contractor’s and partners’ roles. Deliveries are scheduled across five line items with specific dates through March 2028, with delivery locations specified for each, governed by DD Form 1423-1 guidelines for data and physical shipments.
