The US Government intends to issue a Request for Proposal (RFP) for unclassified logistics Repair and Return (R&R) services to support the Royal Saudi Air Force (RSAF) F-15 fleet. The requirement will cover one (1) year Basic with four (4) one (1) year Option periods. There will also be a six (6) month Option to extend services included. The resulting contract will be issued as a new Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Contract that will cover all RRS requirements. This effort will be a Full and Open Competitive acquisition which is Country Directed in the LOA for R&R services to support unclassified parts and aviation items for the RSAF F-15 C/D/S/SA fleet. The US Government released a pre-award synopsis on February 27, 2025. The attached document addresses industry questions and feedback regarding that synopsis.
