REQUEST FOR INFORMATION (RFI) - F-15SA Consumable Procurement The F-15 Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Sustainment Branch (WAQI), F-15 FMS Division, Fighters and Advance Aircraft Directorate, Air Force Life Cycle Management Center (AFLCMC) Robins AFB, GA is issuing a Request for Information (RFI) to identify companies that have the capabilities to provide initial spare parts identified in Appendix 3 of the Statement of Work for F-15SA Consumable Procurement. This procurement is to support the Royal Saudi Air Force (RSAF) F-15SA operations by providing spare parts to support the 84 new F-15SA aircraft and sixty-eight (68) converted F-15SA configurations. Past Market Research related to this effort indicated that the spares list could potentially be sole source procurement. However, the consumable list has since been updated. This RFI is to solicit industry input on identifying possible vendors able to provide the assets. The acquisition and contract strategy have yet to be finalized, and this survey will be one of the factors used by the Government in the acquisition planning process. This is neither a Request for Proposal (RFP) nor a Notice of Contract Action (NOCA). This is a market research survey to determine the availability and adequacy of potential sources prior to determining an acquisition strategy and contract strategy. Requests for a solicitation will not receive a response. Any information submitted by respondents to this RFI is strictly voluntary. The Government will not pay for any information that is submitted by respondents to this RFI. The Government requests interested parties submit a statement of their qualifications with respect to the criteria described herein. To the maximum extent possible, please submit non-proprietary information. Any proprietary information submitted should be identified as such and will be properly protected from disclosure. No classified information shall be submitted. Any response submitted by respondents to this synopsis constitutes consent for that submission to be reviewed by Government personnel and/or Advisory & Assistance Services contractor employees supporting the F-15 Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Sustainment Branch (WAQI), unless the respondent clearly objects in writing to the release of this information to Advisory & Assistance Services Contractor employees supporting the F-15 Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Sustainment Branch (WAQI), in a cover letter accompanying your capabilities package. Questions concerning this requirement may be directed by email to the Procurement Contracting Officer, Angela Lynch at Angela.Lynch.3@us.af.mil or the Contract Buyer Latonya Jackson at latonya.jackson.1@us.af.mil.
