Due to the technical uncertainties regarding the time and resources needed for each repair, the agreement is structured as a cost-plus, fixed-fee contract. Managed by the Department of Defense through the AFLCMC ESKA office at Robins Air Force Base, the work is performed in Clifton, New Jersey. The engagement ensures the continued operational readiness of critical electronic warfare capabilities for international partners.
