(CAGE 5LKG8) as they are the sole manufacturer of the items and do not currently distribute these items through any other vendors. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. Respondents shall specify whether it is a large business, 8(a) concern, women-owned small business, HUBZone small business, veteran-owned small business, service-disabled or a veteran-owned small business. Respondents must also specify whether they are a U.S. or foreign-owned firm. Synopsis responses should specifically address ability to provide the items being acquired. Solicitation will be disseminated electronically. Description of Requirement: The government requires 35 protective barrier kits, NSN 1730-01-651-9457, for the F-16 aircraft for use by 309 AMXG at Hill AFB UT. The edge protection requirement is a kit of protective covers (IAW AFI 91-203 24.10.7 and Technical Order (TO) 1F-16C-6WC-2) that will protect the following edges on the F-16 while in depot maintenance: wing training edge, horizontal stabilizer leading and trailing edges, landing gear doors, ventral fins, avionics door, speed brakes, and static dischargers. Covers must include "remove before flight" streamers or annotations.
