DLA Weapons Support - AUC plans to award a firm-fixed-price, sole-source contract to Parker-Hannifin Corporation, the original equipment manufacturer and current design authority for F-22 actuators, located in Irvine, California. The contract covers non-commercial engineering services to support the F-22 Actuators program, specifically focusing on two primary deliverables: the provision of comprehensive Logistics Product Data (LPD) and Engineering Data for Provisioning (EDFP) for a range of critical F-22 actuator components, and a detailed depot gap analysis. This analysis aims to support the establishment of an organic repair and overhaul capability at Hill Air Force Base by assessing current capabilities and identifying skill, training, and equipment gaps. The sole-source nature of this procurement is justified under FAR 6.302-1 because Parker-Hannifin is the only entity possessing the complete proprietary technical data and expertise necessary to fulfill these requirements. Although the notice is not a solicitation for competitive proposals, other responsible sources may submit capability statements if they believe they can meet the criteria and have access to the proprietary data. The anticipated period of performance remains to be determined, and responses must be submitted by June 1, 2026, to the designated contracting officer. The contract’s intent is to secure specialized support essential for maintaining and improving the sustainment and readiness of F-22 actuator systems.
