The project has an estimated magnitude of construction between 150 million and 250 million dollars, with an anticipated period of performance of 1095 calendar days from the date of the Notice to Proceed. The scope of work involves three primary features: the installation of approximately 22,000 linear feet of perimeter dikes using stone, geotextile, and sand; the excavation and stockpiling of approximately 650,000 cubic yards of sand from a local borrow area; and the installation of spillway structures for controlled water release.
