The VAMC Wide Chemical Supply & Support Contract is a comprehensive procurement initiative by the Department of Veterans Affairs to provide essential chemicals across three major Veterans Affairs Medical Centers: Perry Point, Baltimore, and Loch Raven. The contract supports critical infrastructure operations including HVAC system maintenance, Legionella prevention in water systems, and exclusive water treatment functions at the Perry Point Water Plant. Although each site’s requirements are outlined under separate Contractor Line-Item Numbers, the contract operates as a unified effort managed under a single solicitation, with all billing handled through distinct 2237 allocations while maintaining a consolidated service structure. The scope ensures consistent, reliable chemical supply and technical support tailored to the unique operational needs of each facility. This is a total small business set-aside under NAICS code 221310, with responses due by August 3, 2026, and the solicitation issued on July 8, 2026, under number 36C24526Q0608. The contract is administered through the 245-NETWORK Contract Office 5 located in Linthicum, Maryland, with primary point of contact William Chris Galletta serving as the Contracting Officer. Performance is centered in Baltimore, Maryland, encompassing all three VAMC sites, and the contract requires a single vendor to deliver integrated chemical supply and support services across the entire network. The effort emphasizes continuity, compliance, and operational safety for veteran healthcare infrastructure and water system integrity.
