The anticipated scope includes recurring preventive and unscheduled maintenance, service-order support, and the management of critical systems such as HVAC, refrigeration, electrical distribution, emergency power, plumbing, fire protection, and electronic security. The government anticipates awarding a single award task order contract, likely as a firm-fixed price agreement, by the third quarter of Fiscal Year 2027. The projected period of performance consists of one base year with four one-year options. Interested firms must demonstrate technical qualifications and significant experience operating in Peru, including compliance with host-nation labor laws, customs, and licensing. The acquisition strategy will be informed by the results of this market research, with a focus on a best value trade-off process under FAR Part 15. This announcement is for planning purposes only and does not constitute a solicitation for proposals.
