F117 SE/SCM

This F117 Sustaining Engineering and Supply Chain Management effort will establish Sustaining Engineering support and technical services, depot Supply Chain Management support, and program administration support to maintain serviceable F117-PW-100 (F117) spare engine levels. Additionally, the contract will seek technical and Supply Chain Management data affiliated with the services for the F117 engine. Sustaining Engineering support activities include detailed design engineering, maintenance engineering and systems engineering support, technical analysis, drawing and source data maintenance/updates, flight safety analysis, reliability/maintainability analysis, liaison engineering support, stress analysis, accident investigation, field level technical support, and in-flight emergency response support. The Supply Chain Management effort will involve the contractor performing as the item manager for depot only F117 engine parts, and act as the program administrator. This includes Supply Chain Management logistics, forecasting of parts, long lead time parts procurement, reparable forecasting, obsolescence issues, integration between OC-ALC overhaul contractor for depot level support, delivery of serviceable and unserviceable assets, budget computations, and host meetings to support the F117 program office.
