All required supporting documentation and bid submission must be submitted by 16 January 2026 at 2:00pm EDT. All bids submitted after 2:00pm EDT will result in the bid being declared non-responsive. Summary : Department of Fisheries and Oceans (DFO) has a requirement for oceanographic instruments (CTD probes) that would monitor environmental conditions in the Eastern Canadian Arctic. In particular two probes for shallow deployments (approx. 500-600 m) and one probe for a deep deployment (approx. 2500 m) are needed.
