Arctic Region of Canadian Coast Guard requires a contractor to undertake vessel disposal assessments of ten vessels that are located in Tuktoyaktuk Harbor with the intent of developing recommendations on how to dispose of these vessels, including the costs and methods of disposing these vessels. These vessels vary in size, construction, and disposition (i.e., some are sunk and some are floating and assumed moored). Canadian Coast Guard has the mandate to maintain awareness of and, in certain circumstances, remove derelict vessels if a Responsible Party is unwilling, unable, or unknown to remove these types of vessels. As a preliminary step towards determining appropriate action required, a vessel disposal assessment is required to identify potential options for how these ten vessels could potentially be disposed of, including an outline of costs. This bid solicitation process is open only to suppliers holding a Supply Arrangement (SA) under the Request for Supply Arrangement (RFSA) EVC01-202002. If you wish to become a pre-qualified supplier under this RFSA, Please contact the contracting officer.
