PWGSC, on behalf of Canadian Coast Guard (CCG) is issuing this Request for Standing Offers (RFSO) for the supply, on an as and when required basis, of icebreaking services (escort, icebreaking under bridges, icebreaking of ports) and maintenance services for aids to navigation (buoys). Services are required in the Great Lakes, St Lawrence and Baie des Chaleurs sectors. This procurement includes an incentive for Indigenous businesses participation.
