The Department of Fisheries and Oceans (DFO) has a need for the manufacture and delivery one (1) heave compensated winch system, (including appropriate cable for operations) with the same specs as that is currently in use in the Pacific Region (for monitoring and research of Marine Protected Areas (MPAs) and marine refuges with drop camera instrumentation). All the deliverables must be received on or before March 31, 2024. There are no security requirements associated with this solicitation of offers. Bidders may request a debriefing on the results of the bid solicitation. Bidders should make the request to the Contracting Authority within 15 working days from receipt of notification that their bid was unsuccessful. Reference the solicitation for further details.
