Please note that late submissions will not be considered or accepted. The Canadian Coast Guard (CCG) has a requirement for the supply and delivery of a total potential quantity of 4,500,000 liters of finished, blended marine fuel containing minimum 20% to 40% by volume of synthetic hydrocarbon components (SHC) in accordance with Annex Statement of Requirement and a total potential quantity of 5,500,000 liters of book and claim synthetic hydrocarbon components (SHC) and delivered conventional marine fuel in accordance with Annex Statement of Requirement to St. John's, NL and Corner Brook, NL. This includes a firm quantity of 1,000,000 litres and a total optional quantity of 3,500,000 litres of finished, blended marine fuel containing SHC and a firm quantity of 1,000,000 litres and a total optional quantity of 4,500,000 litres of book and claim SHC and delivered conventional marine fuel. The supply of fuel is required before 31 March 2027. This solicitation of offers is open only to Canadian suppliers and to Suppliers of an Applicable Trading Partner.
