This sources sought is issued for the purpose of market research in accordance with RFO Part 10. The result of this market research will contribute to determining the method of procurement. This announcement is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government, implied or otherwise, to issue a solicitation or to award a contract. At this time, BSFB is not seeking quotes and will not accept unsolicited quotes.


This requirement is intended to be set-aside 100% for Small Business.

Primary Objective: The Contractor shall provide carpet removal services, procure new carpet, and install the new carpet IAW the statement of work.
