This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Offers are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued.


Solicitation number FA462626Q0032 is issued as a request for quote (RFQ) for two (2) Two-Post Lifts.


This acquisition is set-aside for small business concerns. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference. The full text of provisions and clauses may be accessed electronically at www.acquisition.gov.


This requirement is for the provision of two (2) new two post lifts with all associated components required and including old lift removal & lift installation in our shop. All work and materials shall meet the requirements outlined in this Statement of Work (SOW). This requirement will include:
     
     Two (2) new two-post lift assembly with a minimum lift capacity of 30,000 lbs. 
     4" sealed steel roller bearings
     Structural 7/8" fork, lift mast channel
     No equalization cables or structural overhead beams
     three-stage telescopic, multi-position, single lock, low profile arms
     Automatic mechanical load holding locking device
     Old lift removal and new installation
