BACN Initial Spares and Payload Backfill for EQ-4B Global Hawk Special Notice Subject: Battlefield Airborne Communications Node (BACN) Global Hawk, Initial Spares and Payload Backfill. Closing Response Date: 20 Aug 2017 Notice of Contract Action (NOCA) AFLCMC/HNAK intends to award a sole-source modification to Northrop Grumman (NG) to procure initial spares and payload replenishment spares to coincide with the installation of the BACN payload on a Global Hawk Block 20.
