Employment and Social Development requires the professional services to provide facilitation services for the delivery of the virtual training: Developing Strong Connections – Building Relationships and Rapport in Call Centres. This virtual training will need to be delivered an estimated minimum of 145 times up to a maximum 170 times. The current number of learners is approximately 5000employees. The minimum of planned English sessions is estimated to be 113, and the minimum of planned French sessions is 32. The difference between the minimum number of 145 and the maximum number of 170 is to cover situations of unplanned learner absence This procurement is conditionally set aside under the federal government Procurement Strategy for Indigenous Business (PSIB). In accordance with the requirements for conditionally set aside procurements of the PSIB, if there are two (2) or more responsive bids with a valid Indigenous Business Certification, only those responsive bids will be eligible to be awarded a contract; otherwise, all responsive bids will be eligible. For more information on Indigenous business requirements of the Set-aside Program for Indigenous Business, see Annex 9.4 of the Supply Manual.
