Fisheries and Oceans Canada (DFO) requires the services of one (1) Senior Facilitator Consultant for Marine Planning and Conservation meetings (MPC).The purpose of the meetings range from strategic planning at the director level to developing an integrated work plan at the manager/practitioner work plan to ensure consistency and communication between the many directorates in Aquatic Ecosystems. The meetings also aim to connect managers, directors and stakeholders across the country on a variety of important marine conservation and protection topics. This contract will also support ad hoc facilitation requirements for other marine planning and conservation topics for other teams in MPC.Estimated Level of Effort: The estimated level of effort of the contract will be the 372 hours. The estimated level of effort of each option to extend the contract by a one-year period will be the 372 hours, if exercised.Duration of contract: from contract award to March 31, 2024. There are also two (2) irrevocable options to extend the contract by a one-year period.Time frame of delivery: from contract award to March 31, 2024. There are also two (2) irrevocable options to extend the contract by a one-year period.Any conditions for participation of suppliers not specified in solicitation documentation:This requirement is open only to those Supply Arrangement Holders under E60ZT-18TSPS who qualified under Tier 1 for the following category:2.15 Facilitator Consultant(one (1) senior-level resource)for suppliers who are SA-holders: email the DFO Procurement Officer on the file and request to be invited. If you are not qualified under the stream(s) and category(ies) required in spite of being an SA-holder, you must contact PSPC's SA Authority for the TSPS SA to update your supplier profile. Proof of being added must be provided to the DFO Procurement Officer on the file before the invitation request will be considered.for suppliers who are not SA-holders: contact PSPC's SA Authority for the TSPS SA to be added for future opportunities.The contact info for the TSPS SA authority at PSPC is: SPTS.TSPS@TPSGC-PWGSC.GC.CA .
