The Strategic Systems Programs (SSP) intends to negotiate a sole source contract with Lockheed Martin Corporation (CAGE 7X6A9), of Titusville, FL, for facilities engineering, and warhead planning support of the Nuclear-armed, Sea-Launched Cruise Missile (SLCM-N) Program. This acquisition is being pursued under the sole source basis under the statutory authority of 10 U.S.C. 3204(a)(1), as implemented by FAR 6.302-1, Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements; therefore, a solicitation is not available for this procurement. Primary work location is Titusville, FL. The anticipated period of performance is a one-year contract. SSP will publicize an award notice.
