VIA Rail seeks to establish a partnership with a facility management firm that can provide a complete range of facility and asset management services to help manage the geographically expansive assets portfolio owned or leased by VIA Rail. This partner will be able to provide a call centre, CMMIS, and, if possible, self-perform/self-procure asset maintenance and will also have an influential and industry expert role to support VIA in optimizing the management of its facilities.
