The City of Davenport, Iowa invites qualified vendors to submit proposals for the Fairmount Library Audio-Visual Equipment Services. The Davenport Public Library (DPL) seeks a solution that will standardize use and support of the Audio-Visual needs in three separate rooms.

A mandatory pre-proposal meeting will be held on June 25, 2024 at 9:30am CST located at the Fairmount Library, 3000 N Fairmount Street, Davenport, Iowa. This will be a time to visit the location, address any questions or concerns, and discuss the City’s expectations. Vendors are able to examine site conditions and take their own measurements and notes at that time. All contractors intending to bid on this project must have a representative in attendance.
