The Ministry of SaskBuilds and Procurement (SBP) is looking to establish a list of qualified suppliers for Fairness Advisory Services. The intent is to have a registry of prequalified consultants to acquire services described below in the Deliverables to supplement capacity at SBP on an as-needed basis. This RFSQ is a continuous onboarding process. There are four streams that may require these services: a) Health related projects; b) Education related projects; c) Information Technology (IT) projects; and d) Other Projects.
The onboarding process is expected to continue until six months prior to the expiration of the RFSQ term (five years from the date of issuing), and questions will be answered continuously through the onboarding process. Semi-annual intake will close @ 2:00 p.m. CST at the end of January and July of each year as follows: July 31, 2025 @ 2:00 p.m. CST January 30, 2026 @ 2:00 p.m. CST July 30, 2026 @ 2:00 p.m. CST January 29, 2027 @ 2:00 p.m. CST July 29, 2027 @ 2:00 p.m. CST January 31, 2028 @ 2:00 p.m. CST July 28, 2028 @ 2:00 p.m. CST January 31, 2029 @ 2:00 p.m. CST July 31, 2029 @ 2:00 p.m. CST
