Bid #CWO 21-5001: The project involves the complete recoating of the interior and exterior of the Fairway Tank, a 600,000-gallon steel water tank. This includes abrasive blasting, full containment, and application of new coating systems (NSF-61 certified for interior). The project also includes structural improvements like retrofitting rafter connections, installing a new halo, guardrails, and vents. Site work involves installing and later removing temporary tanks to maintain system operation, site piping modifications, electrical upgrades for a new mixing system and ventilation blower, and asphalt paving.
