The City Of Frederick has completed a Fall Protection Hazard Survey at various City-owned facilities to evaluate existing fall hazards and identify necessary improvements. Based on the findings of this survey, the City intends to implement recommended fall protection measures to enhance safety and regulatory compliance. Through this Invitation for Bid (IFB), the City seeks to engage a qualified Prime Contractor to furnish all labor, materials, equipment, and project management necessary to construct and install fall protection systems at thirteen (13) City facilities. The work shall be completed in accordance with the Fall Protection Hazard Analysis Report and 100% Design Drawings prepared by HWA Corporation. The objective of this project is to mitigate identified fall hazards, improve employee and public safety, and ensure compliance with all applicable Federal, and State of Maryland, and City of Frederick safety regulations.
