FAN, VENTILATING

The contract is for the procurement of three ventilating fans, identified by NSN 4140-01-326-4182 and part number 370350-102, under solicitation SPE4A5-26-T-116A. Delivery is required within 256 days of award, with a specified need ship date of September 14, 2025, and an original required delivery date of September 14, 2026. Items must be delivered FOB origin, with no variance in quantity allowed, and will be inspected and accepted at the destination. Packaging must comply with MIL-STD-2073-1E, including preservation methods, unit containers, and marking per MIL-STD-129, with no special marking required. Palletization must follow DLA packaging requirements, and all packaging materials must be free of mercury or mercury compounds, in accordance with RQ011 and IP056. Mercury is strictly prohibited in preservation, packaging, and marking, except for functional uses in batteries, fluorescent lights, instruments, sensors, controls, weapon systems, or chemical analysis reagents specified by NAVSEA, which must include a second boundary of containment. The delivery address is the DLA Distribution facility in New Cumberland, PA. The contract incorporates technical and quality requirements from the DLA Master List and applies the revision in effect on the solicitation issue date.
