The objective of this project is to maintain health of government stock. See Attachment A for project information. INTERESTED VENDORS: Offerors shall provide their quote by completing Attachment B-Schedule of Items, provide all required information and submittals referenced in Attachment D Instruction to Offerors and submit Attachment E Offerors Representations and Certifications - Commercial Items via email to contact@example.gov Contractors must have an active registration in the SAM database (http://www.sam.gov) in order to be considered for award. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued The solicitation number is being issued as a Request for Quote No. 1205M620Q0056 and the solicitation document incorporates provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2020 dated 05-06-2020. This procurement is 100% percent set aside for small business and the NAICS code for this procurement is 115210 and the small business size standard is $8.0 million. See Attachment B for the Schedule of Items for line items and quantities of this project. Attachment B has been corrected the original attachment has been deleted and the Revised Attachment B is now attached.
