(SCEC) is the awarded CONSTRUCTION MANAGER AT RISK (CMAR) for this project, SEEKING SEALED BIDS from PRE-QUALIFIED BIDDERS ONLY on behalf of FAU for a Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP).
