(SCEC) is the awarded CONSTRUCTION MANAGER AT RISK (CMAR) for this project, SEEKING SEALED BIDS from PRE-QUALIFIED BIDDERS ONLY on behalf of FAU for a Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP). SCOPE OF WORK includes, but is not limited to: the interior improvements/renovations, including MEPF, for the conversion of an existing space to a new Rehearsal Room (~705 SF, 3rd floor).
