The Alaska Air National Guard, Eielson AFB, Alaska has concluded their market research and intends to solicit, negotiate, and award a sole source firm-fixed price (FFP) purchase order under FAR 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures, to AUTOTRIM DESIGN OF FAIRBANKS, INC., 2550 S CUSHMAN ST, FAIRBANKS, AK 99701 - 6641. The proposed North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 441310, size standard is 500EMP. This purchase order will provide the labor required for a one year display advertising bus wrap, to be displayed around the city of Fairbanks. The anticipated award date is 14 August 2018. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals or quotes. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed action based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Although the Government intends to solicit and award a sole source purchase order under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i), all responsible sources may submit a capability statement which will be considered by the Government if received no later than 13 August 2018 at 12:00 PM Alaska Time.
