FCC has four core business opportunities related to this RFP. We are looking for a partner(s) to be able to effectively monitor our physical office locations as well as provide physical guard services. As FCC is always looking for opportunities to grow, we are also interested in innovation and though leadership. Our RFP is structured into four core areas:
Professional 24/7 Monitoring: Offices are equipped with intrusion detection, building monitoring and worker safety hardware. FCC requires 24/7 professional monitoring, account management and data access service with self-service options for these offices.
Service disruption restoration: In the event of a service disruption FCC requires emergency service restoration with a repair time of 48 hours, including physical devices such as monitoring panels and associated hardware (sensors, keypads, etc).
Guard services: Partner or provide guard services to all FCC offices being monitored in the event of an alarm trigger after hours. Guard service would investigate to confirm an intrusion or vandalism and be on site as needed by FCC.
Innovation – Partnership and Growth: FCC plans to expand into a modern physical space environment that reduces local in office support personnel and increases office space visibility. Centralizing and remote visibility is a desired end state. FCC will work with the successful Proponent using internal physical security risk data to determine what security technology is required for each location, noting that additional technology may be installed in some locations.
