The requirement involves the new manufacture of approximately 15 units, identified by NSN 1680-01-148-1999RK and part number NF53400-01A. The scope of work encompasses the entire production process, including the procurement of component parts, inspection, testing, preservation, packaging, and shipping to Tinker AFB, Oklahoma.
