JUSTIFICATION FOR SOLE SOURCE: Air Force Technical Order states that Warren-Knight Clinometer P/N WK-23-2054 is the only one authorized for use. This is a notice of the Government's intent to award a firm-fixed price, commercial contract for the purchase for 4 each Drum Clinometers P/N WK-23-2054. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. All responsible sources may submit a response which, if timely received, must be considered by the agency. THIS SOLICITATION WILL NOT RESULT IN AN ORDER AGAINST AN FEDERAL SUPPLY SCHEDULE.
