This solicitation will be advertised as a Total Small Business Set Aside. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) Code is 713940 (Fitness and Recreational Sports Centers). The small business size standard is $7.5 million. The contractor shall provide all management, supervision, labor, materials, supplies and equipment (except as otherwise provided), and shall plan, schedule, coordinate and assure effective performance of all services described herein. The contractor will be required to provide Fitness Center services in accordance with the requirements of this solicitation at the following building: LOCATION: Fritz G. Lanham Federal Building (TX0224ZZ) 819 Taylor Street, Room 6A12 Fort Worth, TX 76102 Solicitation will be issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP) utilizing Simplified Acquisition Procedures per FAR 13.5. This solicitation will be issued via Internet on the Federal Business Opportunity (FBO) Website on or about March 22, 2019. It is each offeror's responsibility to download the solicitation from the internet website. No paper copies will be provided. Notification of amendments shall be made via the Internet as well. It is therefore the contractor's responsibility to check the FBO website daily for any posted changes to this solicitation. Contractors may view and/or download this solicitation and all amendments from the Internet after solicitation issuance at the following Internet address: https://www.fbo.gov/ and search for Solicitation Number 47PH0219R0004.
