The U.S. General Services Administration (GSA) is seeking to lease a structured parking space in Boston, Massachusetts, within a one-third mile radius of the State House. The space requirement includes 10 parking spaces, with a lease term of 60 months, which is firm and fully serviced. The offered parking must comply with safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards. The current lease for the government’s existing parking spaces is expiring, and the GSA is open to considering alternative locations if they prove to be more economical, taking into account relocation costs, tenant improvements, telecommunication infrastructure, and potential downtime. Interested entities are encouraged to submit expressions of interest by January 13, 2025, with a market survey anticipated on January 14, 2025, and occupancy expected by July 31, 2025. Offers must be submitted electronically via the RSAP platform, and registration in SAM.gov is advised for all potential offerors. The GSA emphasizes the importance of reviewing the detailed requirements outlined in the solicitation and the offeror submittal checklist. For further information or to submit interest, contact persons include Leasing Specialist Patrizia Todesco-Cluett and Contracting Officer Ryan O’Hagan.
