Federal Miracle Tech M/EX BPA Consolidation

"The Department of State (Department) requires professional mission support services for the Under Secretary for Management’s Executive Office (M/EX). The need related to this requirement is an outcome from the Department’s organizational restructuring that dissolved or reassigned functions formerly managed by the Administration Bureau Executive Office (A/EX) and transferred a substantial portion of those responsibilities to M/EX, along with additional support requirements associated with CGFS and GTM functions.
M/EX now requires integrated contractor support to sustain expanded responsibilities in program administration, human resources classification and workforce support, logistics and supply management, acquisition support, budget and financial support, executive assistance, facilities and operational coordination, and security-related administrative support. These services are necessary to maintain continuity of Department operations, ensure compliance with Federal requirements, and provide specialized expertise that supports M/EX’s enterprise management mission
