Full Description

The U. S. Food and Drug and Administration intend to award fixed price contract with Sprint Communications, Inc. for the purchase of its Federal Relay services for the period of 12 months. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subparts 12.6 and 13.5 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation FDA-SOL-1115746-13 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) using Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-26. The NAICS Code is 517110. The Contractor shall provide the following items: CLIN 0001 - Voice/FTTY Service, QTY 1,500; CLIN 0002 - Federal Speech to Speech (FSS) , QTY - 500; CLIN 0003 - Federal Captioned Telephone (FCTS) , QTY - 400; CLIN 0004 - Federal Internet Protocol (IP) Relay (FIPR) , QTY - 800; CLIN 0005 - Federal Video Relay Service (FVR) , QTY - 500; CLIN 0006 - Federal Captioned Relay (FCR) , QTY - 140,000; CLIN 0007 - Call Detail Report, QTY - ICB; CLIN 0008 - Rolled Up Invoice Reporting, QTY - PER REPORT.
