The Department of Defense Supply Chain Coordination (DSCC) has issued a notification regarding the potential bundling of National Stock Numbers (NSNs) under the Maritime Federal Supply Class - Supply Chain Partnership (FSC-SCP) initiative. This bundling aims to consolidate procurement activities across specific FSC groupings, with the intent of streamlining supply chain management and contracting. Incumbent small business concerns affected by this bundling can access detailed three-year procurement history data, organized into three separate spreadsheets based on cage code ranges, enabling easy identification of their related NSNs. These spreadsheets include key details such as NSN, FSC, NIIN, Grouping, PIIN, Award Date, and Vendor, and are available on the DSCC website. Interested parties are encouraged to review these records and may reach out to the DSCC FSC team or their local Small Business Administration representatives for further information or questions. The government emphasizes that this notice does not guarantee the inclusion of all NSNs in the upcoming solicitation nor does it commit to issuing any solicitation or awarding contracts, and it does not hold responsibility for any industry expenses incurred by responses to this notification. If a formal solicitation is issued, it will be posted on the Federal Business Opportunities and DLA DIBBS websites. Key contacts for this initiative include Matthew Woolstenhulme and Kreston L. Harris of DSCC, who are available to assist with inquiries related to strategic sourcing and contract details. The procurement is associated with NAICS code 493110 and aims to optimize federal supply chain operations through potential bundling of contract requirements.
