This requirement is being solicited under GSA’s Multiple Award Schedule (MAS) Professional Services Category pursuant to Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 8.4 on behalf of FEMA’s National Training and Education Division (NTED) for Training Partners Program (TPP) Support Services.


This is a 100% small business set-aside solicitation to those firms having an active GSA MAS under NAICS 541611.


The Product Service Code (PSC) is U008. The PSC description is Education/Training - Training/Curriculum Development.


The Government anticipates a single-award GSA/Task Order (TO) for Training Partners Program (TPP) Support Services on behalf of FEMA’s National Training and Education Division.
