This pre-solicitation amendment notice is to provide additional resources for the forthcoming Fence to Fence Environmental Services for Grand Forks/Ellsworth/Minot AFB/Offutt (GEMO) Air Force Bases Acquisition. Interested parties are strongly encouraged to review the documents below.


Offerors were requested to submit questions regarding the installation site visit, associated slides and the DRAFT Performance Work Statement that were provided in the previous notice.  The purpose of this notice is to provide responses to the questions submitted. Please see the attached “CONSOLIDATED QUESTION AND ANSWER (Q&A)” spreadsheet.  All further questions should be submitted in response to the formal solicitation.  Solicitation release is anticipated within the next 30 days.
