The brand is Bridon Wire Ropes.All other information remains the same.***SCOPEThis Invitation to Tender consists of the supply and delivery of Ferry Cable in the sizes and quantities detailed below within Items 1 through 4 inclusive.CONTRACT AWARD CRITERIACompliant bids will be evaluated based upon the lowest total price bid that meets the specifications listed within this document and the attached specifications.SPECIFICATIONSPlease refer to the attached Specification.No-Substitution on Brand: Bridon Wire RopesNOTE: The first 150' and last 150' of cable to have no plastic coating for each cable length. Cables should be colored yellow to make it more visible while in the water. Other highly visible colors will also be accepted. Cables must be environmentally friendly and guarantee no peeling of plastic.HOW TO SUBMIT PRICINGVendors are invited to submit their UNIT PRICE--the price for a single product within the Tender Item--under the 'Unit Price Including Discount' column. Vendors should then multiply their unit price by the 'Quantity/Unit' to calculate the 'Extended Price'. The 'Unit Price Including Discount' and 'Extended Price' column directly on this Invitation to Tender. The "Total including all charges" should not include taxes.Vendors must bid on ALL Items 1 through 4 inclusive within this Invitation to Tender. Partial bids will be considered non-compliant.DELIVERY DATE AND PRICEVendor must deliver the goods on or before May 1, 2026. Bids MUST include pricing for delivery and shipping to the Shipping Address above. Deliveries thereafter the requested date may be cancelled.DELIVERY REQUIREMENTSSee attached Specification document.REFERENCESPrior to award bidder(s) may be asked to provide references and the department may conduct reference checks and reserves the right to contact other departments and agencies within GNB to obtain information on the bidder's past performance withing the previous five (5) years.
