Solicitation #HSCG27-16-Q-3JL616 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-87. This acquisition is set-aside 100% for SMALL BUSINESS. The applicable NAICS Code: #333318, the Small Business Size Standard is: $1000. Where, Federal Acquisition Regulation Clause Language is inconsistent with FAR 13.004, Legal Effect of Quotations.
