Trade Agreement: Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA)

Nature of Requirements:
1. Environment and Climate Change Canada (ECCC) has a requirement for Glass Reinforced Plastic (GRP) boat with dual enclosed consoles and trailer for Migratory Bird Conservation and Protection. The boat must be delivered to Mount Pearl, Newfound Land. It is requested to be delivered no later than 30 June 2024.
2. See ANNEX A Requirement in the Request For Proposal (RFP) for details.
3. There is no security associated with this requirement.
4. The Crown retains the rights to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement.
5. Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
6. The requirement is not subject to Comprehensive Land Claim Agreement.
7. The requirement is subject to a preference for Canadian Goods.
8. Some suppliers will be sent Solicitation K2BE-240550/B directly.
9. Bidders may request a debriefing on the results of the bid solicitation. Bidders should make the request to the Contracting Authority within fifteen (15) working days from receipt of notification that their bid was unsuccessful. The debriefing may be provided in writing, by telephone or in person.
