FIDELIS XPS COMMAND SENSOR CONSOLES

The purpose of Amendment 1 is to: (a) Extend the response date of the proposal from 16 September 2013, 5:00 pm EST to 20 September 2013, 11:00 am EST and (b) Revise the solicitation. The new solicitation reads: This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number is PBGC01-RQ-13-0082 and is being issued as a Request For Quote (RFQ). The solicitation document incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-69, effective 1 August 2013. This procurement is unrestricted. This requirement is brand name only for the purchase of Fidelis XPS Command Sensor Consoles as follows: CLIN 0001 Fidelis XPS Command Sensor Package U/I: LOT (LO) QTY: 1 The package shall consist of the following: (1) Fidelis XPS Sensor Console - Quantity of 2 - Part Number FSS-EDGE-200-UPD (2) Fidelis XPS Professional Services - 10 Days - Part Number FSPS-PSPD (3) Travel & Per Diem and any other costs The Fidelis XPS Edge 200 shall be the updated version to current hardware platform with migration of license (return of original hardware required). Fidelis XPS Professional Services - Professional services provided by a Fidelis Engineer. Services may include Fidelis XPS deployment planning, product installation, deployment, configuration, policy tuning, operational overview, and technical training knowledge transfer. The 10 days support may be spread over a one year period. Quotes shall be for a total cost of the package to include travel and other costs. Shipping must be free on board (FOB) destination CONUS (Continental U.S.), which means that the seller must deliver the goods on its conveyance at the destination specified by the buyer, and the seller is responsible for the cost of shipping and risk of loss prior to actual delivery at the specified destination. Offeror must be registered in the System For Awards Management (SAM) database before an award can be made to them. If the offeror is not registered in SAM, it may do so through the SAM website at http://www.sam.gov. This is not Defense Priorities and Allocations System (DPAS) rated.
