Field Support Services Project (FSSP) – Kenya, Somalia & South Africa (REISSUE)

The Government of Canada, through the Department of Foreign Affairs, Trade and Development, is seeking a contractor to provide Field Support Services for its international assistance programs in Kenya, Somalia, and South Africa. The selected contractor will act as the primary manager and coordinator, responsible for delivering essential administrative, financial, and logistical services. Key requirements include managing the procurement of goods and services, providing access to technical specialists, and facilitating policy dialogue and knowledge sharing to enhance the overall efficiency and impact of Canadian aid in these regions. This solicitation establishes a single contract for an initial term of two years. The agreement includes options to extend the term for up to three additional one-year periods, allowing for a maximum total duration of five years from the date of the award. Performance of the contract involves coordination across the National Capital Region and international locations.
